Where can we find your products?
Our products can be found in the Marchés Adonis supermarkets in the Montreal area.
They can also be found in stores supplied by our distributor, Phoenicia Products.
We have a distributor for the Sorel area, Distribution Lafleur and we have a counter at
the Fromagerie. For more details, click on « Where to buy »
Are your cheeses strong flavoured?
No. Being unripened, our cheeses are mild-flavoured.
However, they are quite salted (2 to 4% salt for the soft and semi-soft varieties).
It is possible to lower the salt content by soaking the cheese in cold water
in the refrigerator until the desired salt content is reached.
Do you make cheese curds?
Unfortunately, we don't have time anymore for this production.
