Crème brûlée au Labneh Fromagerie le Bédouin

Crème brûlée with strawberries and labneh cheese flavored with almond.

(4 portions)


  • 300 g labneh
  • 300 g of 35% cream, whipped
  • 12 drops of almond essence
  • 240 g strawberries cut in quarter
  • 80 ml strawberry coulis
  • 4 tbsp maple sugar


  1. Whip the cream and incorporate the labneh and almond essence
  2. Layer the strawberries, the strawberry coulis, the labneh mixture in martini glasses
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
  4. Before serving, sprinkle sugar or maple sugar on top and burn with a torch
  5. If you wish decorate with roasted almonds and strawberries
