Canapé de concombre au Labneh Fromagerie le Bédouin

Cucumber canapé flavored with mint


  • Labneh
  • Fresh mint or dried mint
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • Libanese cucumbers sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garnish: black olives sliced in quarter, mint leaves


  1. In a bowl, mix the Labneh, mint, olive oil and seasoning. Using a pastry bag or spoon, place a small amount on the cucumber slices
  2. If desired, garnish with olive oil and mint leaves
  3. Add pepper and serve
