Mango and nabulsi salad

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes in cubes
  • 4 large cubed tomatoes
  • Olive oil • balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small bunch of fresh basil chiseled
  • Salt flower
  • 200 gr Nabulsi cheese

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the pieces of mango and tomato
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
  3. Add the fresh basil and the Nabulsi cheese. Mix well
  4. Sprinkle with salt flower before serving
