Mango and nabulsi salad
Ingrédients
3 ripe mangoes in cubes
4 large cubed tomatoes
Olive oil • balsamic vinegar
1 small bunch of fresh basil chiseled
Salt flower
200 gr Nabulsi / Haloumi cheese
Préparation
In a bowl, place the pieces of mango and tomato
Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
Add the fresh basil and the Nabulsi / Haloumi cheese. Mix well
Sprinkle with salt flower before serving
