Panini au fromage Haloumi Le Bédouin

Panini with Haloumi cheese

(2 portions)


  • 4 slices of Le Bédouin Haloumi cheese, grilled
  • 2 caramelized pears
  • 100g of pitted dates
  • 2 panini-type breads
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of water


1. Cook dates with honey in water on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, making sure there is always some water in the pot.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Garnish panini breads with the date mixture, caramelized pears, prosciutto and grilled haloumi cheese.
