Stuffed hearts of palm with labneh, 3 flavors


  • 2-3 hearts of palm from a can
  • 1 tbsp of basilic pesto
  • 1 tbsp of mashed roasted peppers
  • Approximately 100 ml of plain labneh


  1. Separate the labneh in 3 equal portions
  2. Blend one portion of Labneh with the basilic pesto
  3. Blend one portion of Labneh with the mashed roasted peppers
  4. Reserve the last portion of plain labneh
  5. Cut the hearts of palm into ring 1 cm thick, remove the center and stuff with the 3 different blends
  6. Present in a plate, alternating the different flavors, garnish with some vegetable shoot of your choice
