Tomatoes stuffed with Tzatziki


  • Labneh
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • A few drops of white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • Some garlic pressed or finely chopped
  • Grated cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes sliced in two
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except tomatoes. Seasoning and mix well
  2. Stuff the tomatoes, pepper and serve
