Guédille au homard et fromage Labneh

Lobster roll with Labneh cheese


  • 1.5 lbs of lobster (cooked and shredded) 
  • 1 green apple (diced)
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped) 
  • 2 soup spoons of Labneh cheese
  • 1 soup spoon of mayonnaise 
  • 1 celery stalk (diced)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 sprig of tarragon (chopped—can be replaced with coriander)
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice 
  • Zest of half a lime
  • 3 pinches of paprika 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Combine and mix all ingredients and fill buns (which can be toasted for best results). 

  2. Enjoy with friends!
