Veggie burger with portobello mushrooms and Le Bédouin Nabulsi cheese

(4 portions)


  • 8 portobello mushrooms, prepared
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced and caramelized
  • 2 thinly sliced apples, caramelized
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 slices of Le Bédouin Nabulsi cheese, grilled


  1. Brush portobello mushrooms with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook mushrooms on the stove or BBQ. Garnish with mixture of caramelized onions and apples and grilled Nabulsi cheese.
  3. Serve with salad.
