Blinis with tzatziki

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPING :

  • 12 slices of prosciutto
  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced with a mandoline
  • 1/2 English cucumber, finely diced
  • Fresh shoots coriander from Les Jardins Picoudi

Preparation

1. Combine the tzatziki and cucumber and spread mixture onto blinis.
2. Place one slice of prosciutto on each blini and garnish with a few radish slices as well as fresh shoots coriander from Les Jardins Picoudi.
