Dates, prosciutto and Nabulsi


  • 115g (1/4 lb) of Nabulsi cheese cut in cubes
  • 24 Large dates and pitted or not pitted, Medjool type
  • 12 Slices of prosciutto, cut in two lengthwise


  1. Cut the dates to extract the kernel
  2. Stuff it with a cube of Nabulsi cheese
  3. Wrap every date in a half slice of prosciutto
  4. Bake at 350 0 for approximately 12 minutes until the prosciutto is crisp
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional) and serve
