Healthy spinach dip with Labneh cheese
Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
100g of spinach, wilted
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Cook spinach in a hot pan with some oil. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat when spinach is wilted; let cool.
In the meantime, cut the top of the crusty bread and scoop out the centre to create a bowl.
Once the spinach has cooled, combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into the bread bowl.
Savour with raw vegetables, crackers or corn chips.
