Nachos Bruschetta Labneh Bedouin

Labneh and bruschetta nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 seeded and diced tomato
  • ¼ of one red pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 branches of fresh thyme
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 6 chopped basil leaves
  • 5 ml of Labneh per nacho
  • Commercial nachos

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the bruschetta except the labneh and the chip
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Let sit for 15-20 minutes so that the flavors blend well
  4. Garnish each chip with the bruschetta mix and add the labneh with a pastry bag, decorate with small basilic leaves
