Scandinavian toast with Labneh cheese

Ingrédients

• 4 slices of rye bread
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• 10 radishes, thinly sliced
• Labneh cheese Le Bédouin
• 2 green apples, sliced
• 2 avocados, pitted and sliced
• 120g of smoked trout, thinly sliced
• A few cucumber ribbons
• Microgreens [type]
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Préparation
