Haloumi poêlé Fromagerie le Bédouin

Fried Haloumi and fresh tomato salsa

Ingrédients

  • Haloumi
  • Parsley leaves
  • Cheery tomatoes, diced
  • A few finely chopped green olives
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper

Préparation

  1. Cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm (½ inch). Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat and fry the cheese about 5 minutes on each side or until golden
  2. In a bowl, mix the parsley, tomatoes, olives, olive oil and pepper. Add the salsa over the cheese and serve immediately

Add finely grated lemon zest, fresh oregano, fresh mint or chives salsa. Place on a bed of lettuce.
