Crab and Labneh stuffed tomatoes
Ingrédients
12 small unseeded tomatoes
1 crab meat cane
1 celery stalk thinly sliced
1 small chiselled onion
3 green sliced shallots
juice of ½ lemon
75 ml. of Labneh cheese
Salt, pepper to taste
Sriracha with taste
Préparation
Cut the tomatoes in half and drain them gently with a spoon
Drain the crab
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients
Stuff each half tomato with crab device
Serve cold
