Two salmon tartar with Le Bédouin Labneh cheese

Ingrédients

  • 2 oz of fresh salmon, diced
  • 1 oz of smoked salmon, diced
  • 2 strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup of green apples, diced
  • 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons of Le Bédouin Labneh cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of sesame seeds
  • Microgreens Coriander from Les Jardins Picoudi

Préparation

  1. Keep salmon refrigerated while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients and garnish the tartar with microgreens from Les Jardins Picoudi.
  3. Serve with chips or croutons, together with a green salad or fries!
