Daily production worker

Mission description:

The Production Worker plays an active role in the manufacturing, processing and packaging of dairy products. He or she is responsible for handling inputs and outputs, ensuring that production stages run smoothly, and complying with quality, health and safety standards.


Main responsibilities :

  1. Production and processing
  • Handle inputs (boxes, bags of ingredients, containers, lids) and outputs (finished products) at different stages of production.
  • Supply production lines with sufficient inputs.
  • Carry out tasks related to curd processing: equipment set-up, molding, pressing, demolding, boiling, folding, racking.
  • Perform stuffing operations for yogurt and other dairy products.
  • Compliance with quality standards: weight, shape, sealing and quantity per case.
  • Efficient product handling to ensure a smooth production flow.

 

  1. Packaging and handling
  • Perform tasks related to the packaging of finished products.
  • Handle, move and store products safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure conformity of finished products (quality, quantity, sealing, presentation).
  • Help maintain a continuous flow between the various production stages.

 

  1. Quality and safety
  • Respect Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
  • Wash, sanitize and maintain equipment and work areas according to procedures.
  • Identify and report any non-conformities or anomalies (product, equipment, sanitation).
  • Complete production and cleaning reports as required.

 

  1. Work organization and performance
  • Carry out production, processing, potting and packaging tasks at the expected pace.
  • Provide ongoing support to operators to optimize operations.
  • Use production equipment safely and correctly.
  • Adapt to operational needs and production priorities.

 

  1. Collaboration and communication
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues, operators and managers.
  • Maintain a respectful and harmonious work environment.
  • Adopt a positive, cooperative attitude, even in demanding conditions.
  • Inform promptly of any abnormal situation (breakage, lack of inputs, non-compliance, OHS risk).
  • Participate in the induction and training of new employees.

  • Respect health and safety rules in the workplace.

  • Schedule: Varies according to production (6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM)
