Ingredients

  • 80 g Labneh
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Use your favorite brioche recipe to complete the coulis

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour onto a brioche (store-bought or homemade) and garnish with berries.
  2. A perfect recipe for brunch!
