Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated (separate the yolk from the white)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 200 g Labneh cheese
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 cup 35% cream
- A few drops of vanilla essence
Preparation
- Beat the egg whites into a tight meringue, adding 1/4 of the powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with 1/4 of the powdered sugar.
- Whip the 35% cream to a stiff peak with the vanilla extract and 1/4 of the powdered sugar.
- Mix the Labneh and cocoa until smooth, then gently fold all three bowls into the egg white bowl.
- Pour the mixture into verrines, then leave to set for five hours in the fridge before enjoying with your dessert lovers!
