Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb cooked and shredded lobster
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Labneh
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 sprig tarragon, chopped (tarragon can be replaced by coriander)
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • Zest of half a lime
  • 3 pinches paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients together, mix and stuff the rolls. For best results, you can roast them.
  2. Savouring the moment with friends!
