Lobster and Labneh Guédille
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb cooked and shredded lobster
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Labneh
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 sprig tarragon, chopped (tarragon can be replaced by coriander)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Zest of half a lime
- 3 pinches paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients together, mix and stuff the rolls. For best results, you can roast them.
