Ingredients
- 2-3 cane palm hearts
- 1 tbsp. basil pesto
- 1 tbsp. jarred roasted bell pepper purée
- About 100 ml of Labneh
Preparation
- Separate the Labneh into 3 equal portions.
- Mix one portion of Labneh with the basil pesto and one portion with the roasted bell pepper purée, keeping one plain for 3 colors of Labneh.
- Take the hearts of palm and cut them into 1 cm-thick slices, remove the center, and stuff with Labneh of each flavor.
- Place on a plate, alternating colors, and garnish with sprouts of your choice.
