Scandinavian toast with Labneh
Ingredients
- 4 rye toasts
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 10 radishes, thinly sliced
- Labneh
- 2 green apples, sliced
- 2 pitted and sliced avocados
- 120 g smoked trout, thinly sliced
- A few cucumber ribbons
- Coriander microgreens
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Toast the toasts, brush with Labneh and top with the remaining ingredients.
- Enjoy!
