Ingredients

  • 4 rye toasts
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 10 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Labneh
  • 2 green apples, sliced
  • 2 pitted and sliced avocados
  • 120 g smoked trout, thinly sliced
  • A few cucumber ribbons
  • Coriander microgreens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toast the toasts, brush with Labneh and top with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Enjoy!
